Unbelievable customer service! It was a slower Wednesday afternoon and he let my daughter help make the pizza. He took the time to show her all the steps. Really appreciate the little things that will be long lasting memories. I will be taking my business here more often, thanks for making this special for us!

Not sure what has happened to this place…was good a few years back we just ordered two large and they were as dry as ever! as if they were cooked a long ago?! and re heated. Next time I order pizza it will not be panago!

We ordered 3 pizzas and they only got the order of one pizza correct.  The pizza was hard like it had been made hours before.  We live in the country so it wasn't an option to return to have the order redone.  I asked for a refund and was refused.  Just a credit.   Won't buy from Okotoks Panago again.  Terrible pizza.

Delicious! I ordered a pizza and salad for delivery an hour in advance, and it actually arrived about five minutes early, which was nice. Arrived nice and hot, and the delivery girl was really friendly. I was especially impressed by the salad, and how big and tasty it was! I also LOVE that they offer vegan cheese and pepperoni options, so I can be a little indulgent if I want to. My only slight criticism was that I found the crust to be a little bland I ordered the hand tossed, but that's not a big deal with the amount of toppings I got.

I ordered 3 pizzas online. They were 15-20 min late being made.  When I arrived there were 4-5 teenage boys just hanging around by the till in regular skate clothes and 2 people making pizza’s.  They were not wearing masks, nor keeping socially distanced. The 5 boys appeared to just be messing about by the till.  Customer service was poor, and I eventually had to ask for my pizzas.  The fellow before me, had to return to Panago as they gave him the incorrect pizza.  Poor optics. Poor customer service.

They used their bare hands to grab Ceasar salad no gloves being worn touching products no handwashing between stations cross contamination is clear here. Try going to a different pizza place I wasted 25 dollars on a order I will not eat cause of them not following basic food safety. Especially during covid

Called in to order a pizza. Getting the order done over the phone was a bit of an ordeal.  Was told 15-20 minutes before it would be ready for pickup, cool, I show up 20 minutes later....and they haven't started the pizza yet. The order ticket is hanging right there, they just didn't see it or whatever. So now I have to come back in another 20 minutes, not cool, there are hungry kiddos at home waiting for supper.  Bottom line, they just need to get more organized and with it.

These two that runs this place are just the best, not once have I had an error in my order and the one time,  I had any issues was with the person at the operating end that didnt put the note in for who the pizza was supposed to be made.  And they even sent me another one for free due to an error that wasnt there own.  I will continue to order from here and would recommend them to anyone, great price and always outstanding service!!!

Ordered from Panagos in Okotoks recently...I actually ordered online an hour ahead of time and our order was still almost 1/2 hour late. My biggest concern were the numerous sanitation issues that I noted while I waited to pick up my order. The dude making pizza changed the garbage, picked things up off of the floor, allowed the dough tray to drag along the floor, handled cash and never once washed his hands. Yuck. I'm hoping that the process of high temp baking was enough to kill all of the germs. I love Panagos but I'll take a pass on this one until they clean up their processes.

The owner of panago in okotoks is awesome, friendly, and cares for the business. I talked to teresa for my order and she was great and helpful. My order is always right and pizza is fresh, hot, and tasty. I will continue to be a customer at this location.
