Clearly they burnt the first batch of jalapeño poppers, but instead remaking the whole order of them, they decided it was a good idea to keep the 2 "best" poppers and remake the others. This place has gone down hill badly. So sad they used to be good. Oh yeah almost forgot they also cut off the burnt side of my chicken finger sub. I guess they couldn't remake that.

The owner is the nicest guy ever. The pizza is better than 90% of the pizza in Rochester. They are the only place in Webster open until 2/3/4 in the morning. And they make their own brownies and cookies and other desserts. I work late and have to drive home from henrietta. I'm so thankful to have a place to still get food from and it's delicious!

Terrible customer service. Very rude on the phone. Said food would be here within an hour. I get a phone call 1.5 hours later. And he's at the wrong address and says he can't make it here for another 30 mins. They want to do nothing to make the situation better. Lied to me on the phone and told me I told them the wrong address. Then says he does know who's fault it is. So he can't help me. I understand places get busy sometimes and things can get backed up. But the way there people communicate on the phone is terrible.

Their pizza used to be great for a great price but they take over 2 hours to deliver and the pizza is always cold and the wings are dried out!

The food I've always ordered from this place was garbage the pizza was rock hard and the wings were cooked but you could tell they were very old I'll never order from here again very disappointed on the quality of the food

Ordered pizza from this place and when I went to open the box, these two roaches crawled out the box. I called to inform them of this issue and was told I was a liar and got hung up on. This is the worst place ever. DO NOT ORDER from there unless you want roach juice on your pizza.Recommended dishesPizza, Wings

Don’t bother ordering food from here. McDonalds on Monroe Ave is a better/safer option. I’m not kidding. You WILL be placed on hold every time you call, if you even have any luck with getting on the line with them. They’re just “too busy”. The food is cheap, frozen, and disappointing. To say the least. The last food I ate from here made me physically sick, and I waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Any chain pizza restaurant is thousands of times better than this junk. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money. Or appetite.

Staff very unprofessional .I spoke with a women . You could tell she wasn’t properly trained . She up the prices.!Did not give me options . I inquired about a 10 Peace wing that she said was $15. Then the manager comes on randomly was rude obnoxious it said that the prices that was of the menu was old one side question a 10 piece for $15 which was ridiculous I would never order His demeanor give me !!!!I’ll spit in your food and deliver it to you The correct spelling is unprofessional… You fail to mention YOU HUNG UP on me. That when I curse at you! And inform you that I was going to leave a review of how rude you were. I will NEVER order from you!!! The public need to be aware Manger was rude.

Decided to give them a chance despite the bad reviews. Terrible mistake. The pizza made me so sick and it was very greasy. Could not sleep because I kept vomiting even after my stomach was empty, couldn't even keep water down.. Been running to the toilet ever since. Don't give them a chance. I have no doubt this was food poisoning because of everyone saying it is very dirty in the restaurant and they always find hair in the food.. Not worth the risk at all.
