What a great experience! The staff was so friendly plus you got to watch them make the pizza, which ended up being delicious!!! I highly recommend the Mac and cheese one. Try to save room for dessert because their snicker sundae is the cherry on top with a cherry on top. We'll definitely be back. Very clean and an adorable outside area with picnic tables and a gazebo. Loved the overall atmosphere.

Pretty good dining experience overall. Here's what my wife and I liked: - location - convenient to the main road Empire Blvd in Penfield, just west of Webster in a little plaza with a very nice remodel with barn wood theme and nice outdoor patio with small gazebo and garden. - pizza - we ordered the Chicken Pesto off the menu board instead of opting to build our own the man who took our order was very encouraging in offering to let us customize our pie, but not pushy, which was appreciated. Maybe we'll experiment next time. But, back to the pizza...the wood stove cooked the crust perfectly, with a little crunch outside and just enough chewy inside and flavorful without dominating the overall taste. The cheese, sauce and toppings were balanced, with none of the three being overdid or overdone. We really like the pizza. - price - great prices and value for the money. Things we thought could be better: - wings - meaty and flavorful, but a little underdone. Take advantage of that hot oven and bake them nice and crispy in the future. - beer - a fair offering, albeit a little pedestrian on the beer taps. Our Blue Moon was a little flat, but okay. - ambience - as mentioned, the barn wood remodel and cleaned up patio was real nice...the place just lacked energy and the staff was friendly and helpful, but just didn't feel like comfortable 'restaurant people'. There was a Pittsford Dairy ice cream stand in the back of the interior of the restaurant, but not really featured...we kinda forgot about it when we left. I suggested to my wife that we return for a cone, either then or another night...she was uninspired. Perhaps better marketing to take advantage of a potential walk up crowd given the great location? Overall: 4 stars. Nice experience. We'll return...just not in a hurry. If you live in the Irondequoit/Penfield/Webster part of town, I'd recommend going at least once to give this place a try. My family loves trying new Pizza places and Fire Crust definitely stands out amongst all. It checks out every box of a Pizza lover’s dream pizzeria. Quality pizza prepared with fresh ingredients with a little bit of love from super friendly staff, in one of the cleanest kitchens I have seen. We ordered a Paneer Tikka Pizza and a “make-your-own” style pizza. Both of them came out to be super delicious. And the best part is the quick serving time. It takes time no more than what you would spend in a line at Chipotle. They have great collection of draft beers on tap. I was surprised to see some unique ice creams that you don’t find anywhere around the area. Coconut Almond Crunch is my personal favorite. It is kind of a place where I can take my family, or go with friends or take my office team for a quick bite. It has things to offer to all types of group of people. All in all it is a great place for you if you like clean & delicious quality food that is worth every penny.

We tried it out their first Friday open. Staff is friendly and fast! The pizzas were all enjoyed by myself, husband and son. The cheese, crust and sausage were great. My only critiques are that the red sauce is a true red sauce no herbs so it just tastes like a fresh tomato, and the grilled chicken tasted frozen. But the pesto is perfect and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Iv been to this location a few times and there's always that one reason I come back. Great pizza! Toppings are fresh, prices are great , and always perfect temperature to eat. Lots of seating in the front to enjoy your quick slice as well. The staff are very friendly and the owner always greats with a smile. If you are looking to try something new, checkout fire crust Pizza, you won't be disappointed!

Ordering was pretty quick as we just chose items off the menu, rather than creating our own. Pizza was ready in 10 mins or so. They call you up to pick up your pizza. Pizza tasted pretty good overall, wasn't mind blowing. For us, the draw was Pittsford Dairy Farm ice cream. Cute outside eating area.

This was my first time here the staff was amazing and greeted me soon as I walked in explaining to me I can choose from the menu or do a create my own . They also explained to me that they only have one size which is 12 inches 6 slices . They had plenty of toppings options to choose from including Mac & Cheese which I thought was cool because I never heard of Mac & Cheese on a pizza before so I thought I would try it so I ordered the Mac & cheese with chicken & bacon it was delicious & only took under 3 minutes to make I will be returning. Thank you for giving me an amazing first time experience I will happy come back and tell my friends & family about this place !

I came in tonight while they were extremely busy and I felt they handled it pretty well. I seen some of them running around and trying their hardest to do their best. I dont leave reviews but I felt like they deserved it for the hard work i seen tonight.. my pizza was DELICIOUS! All one price unlimited toppings with a crisp perfect crust. I would give them a try you wont regret it! If any of the team see this keep up the good work and don't let bad reviews get you guys down!

We’ve ordered pizza numerous times for take out. Always delicious, always made with the freshest ingredients! After reading the awesome reviews about the ice cream, next time will be a dine in for us! Friendly customer service too!!
