Caraglios Pizza

First time and last time! Ordered tonight the Thursday Special with the 2 large subs, 2 chips , 2 cookies and 2 20oz drinks for 22.22. Specifically asked for no lettuce, extra tomatoes and extra mayo on my sub. I even asked the order taker to repeat my order back to me. Tons of spring mix lettuce 4 thin sliced tomatoes on my large sub and hardly any mayo. In addition had literally 4 thin pieces of turkey on the entire thing. Mostly bread. Waste of 20 plus dollars for a package of cookies, chips and soda. Called to inform the manager and best offer to fix the situation was 20% off the next time or to remake it at a future time. Plenty of other places to go.

On behalf of the entire staff of Vision Hyundai Webster we appreciate everything you do. We have had many different pizza's and lunch programs at the dealership. However the pizza's and service we receive from your employees is the best around and second to none. Keep up the great job and many many thanks to all of you.

These folks make a great pizza! We recently found them after becomming very tired of the diminishing quality of an eponimous local pizza maker. So glad we changed our pizza place! Parking: Eazy plaza parking.

Food, 5 stars. Organization, 1 star. I already know they are slow so I waited an hour before going to pickup my order. When I arrived there were about 5 other ppl waiting and only after giving my name did they put my pizza in the oven. Seemed they got backed up at some point and instead of doing the pizzas by order received, they prioritized delivery and pickups were done based on who came in first. The biggest issue was the rest of my food was made when I placed the order. So 15 mins later I walked out with a hot pizza and everything else was cool/room temp and soggy because it had been sitting for 45+ mins. Updated to remove another star: Ordered a dozen wings and received 9. Pretty frustrating with wing prices being what they are. I'm giving up on this location.

First time trying their pizza. Went to the Webster location. I have to say it was pretty good. The crust was the bomb and I loved it and kind of pepperoni they use. My only complaint or criticism is I would like a little more sauce and I tend to like a bit sweeter sauce that balances out the saltiness from the cheese and pepperoni. The crust was perfect crispy/chewy! They forgot to prepare my wings but she was very apologetic. Mistakes happen. Would definitely go back.

I ordered a sheet pizza 4 weeks ago. The pizza had many bubbles. There was probably six or seven pieces that were not edible. The next sheet we ordered was great. Just ordered another sheet pizza today with a free order of wings. The pizza again had so many bubbles and six or seven wasted pieces. I have taken pictures of all of it. Charging $30 a sheet when it's really a $20 sheet pizza with all the problems.

They have a 3 topping pizza sale every Wednesday. I found their Mushroom, sausage, black olive pizza to be delicious! It was ready as promised and piping hot!

The pink sauce pizza was good, and the red sauce pizza was okay. However, the mozzarella sticks and fried Mac and cheese appetizers weren't very good. Also, the marinara sauce was fizzing on my tongue !?, and the garlic parmesan sauce was watery. Overall not very impressed.

Paesan bricked out a lunch slice that is absolutely in the top 3 pizza slices of Monroe County, this afternoon! It was amazing.
