Chipotle

The portions are much smaller than other places. Workers hold their hand and won’t serve all the items until you ask. They charged me extra twice for additions when they shouldn’t have. Every time I ate had my stomach aches. Definitely workers need hygiene training. I saw them handling all kind of stuff with gloves on and then handling the food without changing the gloves! So I quit going there.

This is probably my favorite Chipotle of all time. The entire crew is awesome - extremely pleasant, kind, warm, and welcoming. All the ladies are so sweet and often times I hear other customers get called by name when they come in! Doesn’t matter if I walk in right before they close or right when they open, it’s a 5 star experience every time. The helpings are plentiful and the restaurant is in prestige condition. The crew never skip a beat, even during the chaotic/hectic lunch and dinner rush - They’re always on the ball! Huge shout out to the Webster team. Keep up the great work!!!

Usually pretty good but the portion size has dropped over the last few orders

Went for dinner on a Friday night at 7:30. The main line was “out of” queso and sour cream but the online order station was not, the tubs were actually full. Staff refused to give both to me saying “it wasn’t allowed”. Absolutely ridiculous.

This location is always super fast, super fresh, and super tasty just like every other Chipotle in our area. We'll deserving of all 5 stars.

Never send tortillas out with there Mexican runes meal several times

The two ladies on the line were great. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely going to male another trip there when we're in town.

Great staff bomb food because of the staff . Not because of the company . Down with capitalism

Visited site with my Granddaughter this past Monday, 11:30 am. The lady that helped with one order and rang me up was so rude it amazed me. She wanted to argue with me about the debit card inserter.....who cares!! Very rude and very unprofessional.
