I always get take out, they are super fast! The food is always spot on to our order and they always remember the sauces! Friendly and hard working staff! Thankful for you guys doing everything you can despite being short handed. Keep up the great work!
I understand staffing issues can cause delays and problems. On that note, I and most other customers do not mind waiting longer. With that in mind, serving woefully undercooked pizza that was clearly dropped and put back in a pile is unacceptable. I will wait to post photos on here and give the store management one last opportunity to make it right. No one answers phones at store, and call center was no help. At this point, our meal was so awful, I would require a refund. Since the food is unedible and most likely UNSAFE to eat, I will gladly return it. I only hope this an isolated incident, but reading the reviews posted here I am beginning to doubt that this store can meet any standards for our area.
Came in for lunch , and the food was so-so. The fries were under cooked , and the pizza was wayyyy under cooked , had to send it back to be recooked and it still wasn’t so good. The only good product was the bread sticks, they were made to perfection. So idk how I truly feel about this place, I understand the situation with the understaffing , but the undercooking of the food is not excusable !!!!
If you are hungry and don't care about a bit of a wait, Pizza Hut works. If you expect speedy delivery, food that looks like the advertised pictures, or want friendliness for your tip? Do DoorDash. That simple.
Buying it was easy girl told me pretty much tips were bad.. I did a pick up order but tipped her even though I was picking up for someone else.. it was actually the worst pizza ever.. thin crust cheese n it was more like a frozen discount pizza. Absolutely gross
Been going here for a while. Gotten gradually worse over time. Greasier and saltier. Last night there was nothing in particular wrong, just that it was bad. Ate 2 slices and felt like a pile of lead in my stomach. And let me tell you - I have a pretty strong tolerance for food like that. Hard to recommend in its current state. Past several times have been kind of bad esp yesterday.
Don't call their number make sure you do doordash cause when you place the Order By calling the actual store they screw up and never get your order then you have to go through corporate and everything else just to getYou're money back.

After reminiscing with friends about how Pizza Hut was in the past, I felt it was time to visit again. Unfortunately, the Ellsworth location from the outside looks like it hasn't had an update since the 90s. Not sure of the dining area, since I ordered for take out. However, it was the food that I was most interested. While I was visiting, I overheard a customer having difficulties in placing an order with the Pizza Hut app. She asked if she could simply place it in person. But the special on line was not being honored in person. So be aware, when using the Pizza Hut app. The food was as good as as I remember and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely return for more. Thanks for the flashback in time.
I haven't had a chance for 9 years to indulge in Pizza Hut. But I had an insatiable hunger for their pizza. OMG. It was exactly as it has always been since the 1970s. The marinara sauce not overpowering spicy hot but smooth and fresh. The crust light and crispy, the pepperoni little disks of goodness. I fear my vow to not eat out but save money is ruined. Life is to be enjoyed, though.
