Went through the drive through and orded popcorn chicken with dipping sauce. The guy taking orders was very nice, My order was fine. I was just surprised to see an additional 10 cent charge on my bill for the "bag"! When did that start! Bringing your own lunch bag to a drive through is not an option!
Years past KFC was always a nice spot to have a hot chicken sandwich or take a bucket to go with sides. The last few orders I paced the food was barely warm. Just this week I stopped into the lobby the lobby was closed due to lack of employees, but I wanted to talk to an employee in person to order a large coleslaw to go as I drove around to the drive thru. And I mentioned this to the employee. I asked if I could get a discount on coleslaw. So, at the window of the drive thru I did receive a senior discount of 10 percent. A little under rated for 3 previous barely warm food orders. When I arrived home the coleslaw container was one-third full. Could they spare some cabbage for the $5.00. Fast food places are continuing to close. This happened to the Burger King in Ellsworth. Will KFC be next?
I usually read negative reviews with some doubt but these negative reviews are accurate. Anyone leaving a positive review is either an employee huh, maybe that's what the gal at the second window was doing on her phone while I waited for my order or their kid works there. Owner/manager should really read and take these reviews seriously and review their hiring process. I understand labor shortage is tough but there is definitely something else missing here. Have eaten here 10 times in past 6 months. Every single order something was missing, order was wrong or was of poor quality.
Employees great friendly and even tho short handed try there hardest to provide fast service. Food was gross however I order 12 chicken tender basket and tenders were dry hard and overcooked could not eat them. The sides tasted great
We ordered a 12 piece bucket. The chicken was inedible because the grease use was so old it made the food very, very bitter. Why do they not have some quality control? This is a poorly managed KFC.
Place has slowly gone down hill the last couple years but today I was just straight refused service due to size of party. Lobby was closed and refused us through drive thru. Will not be returning. Kid-friendliness: Was refused service unsure if it was due it racial issues or just party size but very unwelcoming
Overpriced and missing menu items. Sign on the door saying dine-in was closed, but it wasn't. Food was alright but I don't see myself returning.
This place was nasty and all the pop was gone and the food was wrong and the people were lazy. Not good. Very sad. The bathroom was an absolute disgrace! Somebody did an absolute paint job in the bathroom.
Everytime I go here only the drive thru is open. It'd be nice to sit down and eat.
I will never go again. Over priced greasy chicken and poor customer service. They never get my order right.Food: 1/5
