Always check your food before you leave the parking lot. No matter how short the line is or how many people are on staff, this location still has messed up my order at least 5 or 6 times. I understand how difficult it can be to have someone do a custom order, you have run to the back and tell them specifically but all I want is the meat on the side. The morning staff clearly needs more help as it seems shift leaders abandon them on drive thru until the line is nearly wrapping around the building, while the dinning room is empty. I've given this McDonald's too many opportunities, even after they rose there prices; at this point I'm done and I think everyone else should be too.
It's the Worst & Most Expensive MacDonald's I've Ever Been Too. Consistently the Worst Ever! Food always Old and Gross! Mild Case of Food Poisoning, 3 trips to the bathroom already, more to come! Don't Eat Here!
Window is quick. Entrence layout from main street. Was a critical financial mistake. Grandaughters happy meal always hot.Food: 1/5
Drive through was little busy on Sunday morning, order pick up, service was good and food was ok
I called here at 10:50pm to ask what time they would be open till and the lady on the phone said drive thru is open till midnight and lobby till 11pm. That encouraged me to drive all the way to ellsworth from brewer after hearing these hours because nothing else was open. Just to get there at about 11:30pm and the drive-thru operator told us they are not accepting orders at this time. Not impressed, highly disappointed. She should have just said we might close early if we aren't busy and saved me the trip.

They Forgot my big mac, when i went back a lady insisted that she made my order and that it was in the bottom which it wasnt i went back and explained my problem and she threw the bigmac with force into the bag and threw the bag at meRecommended dishesMcDonald's Big Mac
Love greasy fast food although proces have risen due too inflation an cost of living rising it's still good. Kid-friendliness: The employees on shift that day were nice and respectful even to my young kids.

Many fast food restaurants, McDonald's in the lead, have variable customer service. Attitudes, slow working, or a combination of those can sour your experience. But this location was NOT like that! The staff were the kindest, friendliest people who genuinely seemed to love being there, even as early in the morning at it was. And the experience was made all the better for it! The food was amazing and tasty, including having looks that almost seem like they stepped off the menu board, they looked that good! The dining area was astonishingly clean and really presentable, unlike many others we've visited. Every facet of this store should make it a leader in the McDonald's industry, since it seemed like the flagship store! Just cannot tell you any more that this was brilliant and deserves to get tons of business! Kudos to the management staff for being cheery and supportive of their workers, especially the woman supervisor working the front this morning! Nary a complaint about the food, save missing bagels, but alas, not their fault! HIGHLY-recommended!
