WOW! Giving fast food a new meaning, and it's NOT fast. Arrived at 12:10, with maybe 10 cars in front of me. Didn't pull out for 25 minutes. Sat at the food window for 5 full minutes with no greeting till they asked if I had a on line order. Then I watched the gal dig through my bag, un wrap my sandwich and wrap it back before handing me my order. Fries were only warm, burger was at least hot. Tried them 2 weeks ago with similar results. Not sure they will get a 3rd shot.
Slow but understandable due to being understaffed. What's not acceptable is allowing you to place online orders for pick-up in the lobby then having the lobby closed and forcing me to wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru line to grab my small order. Also this Wendy's hasn't been remodeled or deep-cleaned since I was a kid, and it's honestly nasty at this point. I don't see it lasting much longer.
Not bad for a late night meal. We had to wait, but not unusual for late night. The fries were ice cold..that was one thing I was looking forward tooFood: 3/5
I go here all the time. Usually they’re decent, but you could imagine my surprise when I opened these fries… of course I didn’t realize there was an extra cup of oil until after it got all over my brand new truck seat. And has now destroyed the upholstery. Definitely going to be reaching out to someone “high up” for this one. I’m absolutely livid.
They are clearly understaffed. Maybe the owner should pay the workers a better wage. Their ability to take mobile orders has been down for months. They are also frequently out of some ingredients or food items. The restaurant frequently looks disorganized and dirty. This is what happens when you don’t pay people a decent wage and can’t find enough staff. Supposedly the restaurant is getting a remodel next year. That would be great but what would be even better would be to pay your workers enough money to easily fill all your open positions.
Got my fries with extra grease, and my root beer with 6 pieces of ice. They might want to run a mop in the kitchen mid shift. Probaly better to go a couple hundred yards down the road to the Golden Arches
Stood at the register for 15 minutes while every single employee continuously walked past without being helped. Then finally decided to leave and go simewhere else and got a dirty look from one of the employees. Please get better staff.
If you’re going to close early outside your normal hours, at least serve the people who are already in line. Several people both in front of and behind us were turned away when we had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes. There were no signs anywhere in the drive through stating they would be closing at 7 until you got to the speaker, which we got to at 7:02 after sitting in line.
The worst wendys I have ever been to. They are not constantly open for their breakfast hours and the lobby is randomly closed.Food: 3/5
The service here was great. The inside of the store was clean and welcoming. The meal I got was much better than a lot of the other chains in town.
