Pizza 73

We ordered our pizza online and it came within 20 minutes. The delivery driver was very nice. Once he left we opened the box and realized the pizza was wrong. We called the 7373 number right away and the guy on the phone and he said they would send our correct order right away. 45 minutes went by and I called the 7373 number again and told the gentleman on the phone our replacement l order wasn’t here yet. He said he will check on it. While I was on hold the doorbell rang and it was our replacement pizza. Once the guy came back on the phone I told him it was here and he said ok and was ready to get off the phone. I explained I am highly dissatisfied our replacement order was not a priority. He told me average delivery time is 40 minutes. I explained to him this was not an average order. This was a replacement order and it took longer than the original pizza! He didn’t have a response. I also asked which location it came from and explained to him we always have problems with that location. He said we don’t have a choice on who we deal with. This is the 3rd time I have been very unhappy with how you deal with customer satisfaction. He didn’t even seem to care when I was expressing my concerns. I had to wait over an hour to receive our proper order while my kids were waiting to eat. I am very disappointed. Also. Our carrots were expired. And they always come expired. We have brought it up to the drivers and the store before and again... I know it’s not a big deal. But we continue to receive expired food and I am discussed.

Ordered our pizza, it came in 30 minutes with delivery, But came wrong. When we called they said it would be made right away and delivered immediately. Took 50 minutes to arrive and was flat and had obviously been sitting for a little bit. When we called back they said there was nothing they could/would do. We've had this problem numerous times with this location. Unfortunately when you ask for delivery you don't get a choice, very poor decision on pizza 73's part. Guess we will never order from pizza 73 ever again since they don't care nor have any quality control. For those looking at this location, do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to Dominoes or Boston pizza.

We waited for 40mins for the pizza to arrive. And it is wrong order, wrong pizza and wrong dipping sources which we spend extra money on!!! Unsurprisingly, the carrots are expired! Then we called the customer service for a replacement, they said they will send us the correct pizza and dipping source. Then we waited an other hour !The correct pizza finally arrived but no dipping sauces!!!!

Waited 50 min in tge lobby of my building talking to the delivery who was so rude saying where are you I'm in your building so I go down to my lobby and he's not there so he calls me back and says I'm still waiting I'm like your not at the right place and he just gets more rude.. they send a different guy.. I should have got a deal or free after all that bs.. never again will I give them my business.. I feel ripped off pizza is cold

Horrible pizza made by muslims. I suggest everybody boycott this location.
