Pizza 73

If there are any other pizza places open order from them because I made the mistake of going with Pizza 73. I placed my order and had been waiting for a call from the delivery person for close to an hour, I then decided I would try and contact the customer service support line to check if my order was on the way and or even placed. I had been sitting on hold for 2 different occasions with their customer service line for 10 minutes + with no answer. I called the store after I had been waiting on hold for customer service for a while and asked about my order, the first time calling the store they sent me straight to the customer service line again to wait on hold. I waited for a while on hold to then call back again to the store and have them answer and assist me with the questions I had about my order arriving and they told me it was shortly arriving, which it did. I wasn't upset with the assistance that I got from the lady on the phone, although it was very frustrating to wait on hold for the customer service for so long. I then get a call from the delivery man who works at the Crowfoot Pizza 73 who was delivering my pizza saying he arrived. I asked him specifically if he was in front of my house and that he had arrived. I asked that question because this same delivery man has delivered to my house on several occasions, and has called me saying he has arrived but when I run outside he always arrives later. When I ran out this time I came out no more than a minute after receiving his call to see him yet to arrive. I got a bit frustrated due to the fact that he clearly stated he was in front of my house and had arrived when I asked when he called. I waited for his arrival on my driveway at 1.am in -20 weather which made me even more upset with the service in this experience. When he did arrive I voiced my issue with the service saying that he had called me saying he was here when he clearly wasn't thus lying to his customer. He then decided to attack me personally saying that I was constantly late when he would deliver so he calls early while he's driving on the way so that I'm never late. This was completely wrong when it was only one incident with the man that I had where I was late, and I was apologetic because I knew I was in the wrong. Ever since that occasion I've focused on having everything ready to pay for the order before his arrival so that issue would never happen again. But instead I was met with worse service because apparently that's what the incident called for.

Ordered pizza tonight .. 2 hours later it still isn't here. Called customer service 7 times. On hold for 30 mins finally someone picks up and offers me $10 off my next order.. told her I'm not ordering from them ever again... She said she understands... k where's my discount this time? I'm starving and pissed. Useless.

Awful service at this location. Took forever to get the order and then they gave me the wrong pizza.

Horribly unprofessional delivery drivers. I have gone to head office and gotten refunds and made complaints about this location before. Nothing has changed. Avoid this location they do not care about professional service.
