The Jolly Table Meals Inc

The Jolly Table has terrible customer service. Their phone mailbox is always full so I can never leave a message and it takes them a week to respond to emails. This is the second time I have had to do my own meal plans and grocery shopping at the last minute because they cannot communicate with their customers. I'm following through on my threat from my first set of problems with them and trying Chef's Table instead.

worst food delivery service i have received, completed my purchase and a few days later they msg me saying i need to pay more money as they under charged me for delivery, bumping the total for one meal to a whopping $50, when it arrived the chicken was leaking all over the veggies this would not have been an issue if there wasnt a hole punctured in the bag, packaging was very poorly done all products were thrown into a cardboard box with a single ice pack

Just finished our Jolly Table Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was delicious. And very easy to prepare. I was a little concerned when I was preparing the side dishes that the portions seemed a little small, but we had lots. The only down side was the actual delivery itself. I would really prefer to have a more precise indication of when the food would be delivered. I ended up waiting at home all afternoon waiting for the delivery. -------------- UPDATE: I ordered the Christmas dinner package from The Jolly Table. The turkey was a standard Butterball pre-stuffed frozen turkey. But it was the side dishes that really made the meals. At Thanksgiving, both my son and husband raved about the sweet potato casserole. When I told them I was getting Christmas dinner from Jolly Table, the first think they asked was if there would be more sweet potato casserole. They definitely were not disappointed. It was great knowing that I could put together a very impressive dinner for 10 without having to search for recipes, and go from store to store to get various ingredients. The convenience of having it all delivered to my door was unbeatable. On delivery day, I received a phone call, giving me a two hour window in which my delivery would arrive, and that delivery time was met. Definitely a great improvement over Thanksgiving. I will definitely be ordering from The Jolly Table again!
