Reasonable food at an average price point. Although, the server let us make substitutions for the dinners for chicken options which was wonderful.
We came for the buffet but unfortunately there wasn't one for dinner even though it's listed as a buffet online. The food was pretty decent, some dishes were a little too greasy. 
The waiter was awesome, we were the only ones in there for a while so he was on it. The restaurant itself was hard to find and I had to loop around a couple parking lots to find it, just a strange complex in general. The decor was lack luster, a little ghetto honestly, but goes with the attached bar's look.
It's close to home so we might come back again to try the buffet.

Very disappointing
Had takeout of 2 mains and one appetizer. Coming home after spending $45.00 (I even tipped$ 5.55 on a takeout) only to find that it did not include any rice. Just eating the stir fry's ($14.00 ea) without rice was not really an option. I feel they have to make sure to ask or inform you that their dishes are not complete.  Any other place asks if you want fries with your burger or what side you want. Stir fry without rice is a new one to us. The food smelled and tasted okay but a bit generic, we did not really go into it as we are not used to eat stir fry by itself. The place looks alright while a bit of deserted. They have a lunch buffet too, but after spending 45 bucks plus tip on a half dinner we will need some time to try their lunch buffet.

Best calamari! Lunch buffet weekdays at lunch time are the best. The new location is a good space, too.

Only two dishes were not deep fried : dumpling soup and stir fry veggies. Food taste like it was bought in bulk and deep fried at restaurant.

The food at Hi-Ball is delicious, the service is very good and the restaurant is casual.
I look forward to planning a family dinner and sampling much more of their menu!
