Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Calgary's Original

2 Hours for my delivery and I'm getting no response from the only single number they provide. They don't have a customer service line which shows unprofessional-ism, nor do they provide an email that I can see easily to contact them at. I don't even understand how this is a franchise, it's absolutely ridiculous. I called twice; initially to make sure and see if they were open, delivering to my area, and to confirm an order for the night over an hour and a half before close. I called back shortly after deciding my order and they confirmed it saying it would be around 1 hour and 10 minutes due the fact it's a busy night. I understood that I could be waiting for a while but now with no ability to contact them and it beyond their closing time I have no confidence in my order coming through and me not being able to at least get some compensation for this or at least an explanation on time of what's happening to my order is very frustrating...

Found the pizza undercooked and overall quite gross. There are better options out there

One of my favorite places for pizza. Have been ordering here since I was a kid. Thick crust pizza may not be for everyone, but I've never had a bad pizza here in 25+ years.

Pizza was good and worth the wait but unfortunately i was insulted in another language by the delivery driver. i did not have enough money to give a tip so i gave proper change for the pizza. at that moment he got really mad and called me a name that i have no idea what it was then left angry. i just found it really funny

The place need a renovation. Good pizza but not sure how clean it is as the store look really torn down .
