Pho Hillton

What a terrific surprise! Being a Pho fan, I'm always searching for another Vietnamese food source. Driving down Fraser Highway, I passed their sign, did a U-Turn and stopped in. It is a tiny place with 8-10 tables. The first thing you notice walking in is the lack of the usual odious smell of onion that you find in mst Pho houses. Actually, you'll notice how impeccably clean this restaurant is. Moreover, the kitchen is openly visible and is also impeccably clean. I had and enjoyed the large HOT bowl of Beef & Tripe Pho. The seasoning was delicate. The young server was fluent in English, smilled and was friendly and attentive. At lunch parking can be a bit tight, but I found a spot in short order. It has excellent prices that can be afforded by anyone. This place is SUPERB!!!

Ordered the chicken pho to go. It was so awesome and so much food that I couldn't eat it all. I really recommend this restaurant.

Decent pho- I had the chicken and there was a good amount of balls and breast. Fresh and light broth. No tea was offered and they were out of strawberry and pearls for the bubble tea which was sad. Ambiance and service were typical of pho restaurants in the area.

Run of the mill average. Soup is a little sweet, vegetables salad roll was good, deep fried would tons were OK. PHO menu has limited options.

really didnt like. Had the seafood pho and it was very gross seafood. Tasted frozen and cheap seafood. From the other reviews the other things sound like theyre ok but stay away from the seafood. Not the pho standard i was hoping for.
