Pier Side Landing is a quiet, spacious property located on Port Hardy's waterfront. Visitors will be impressed with the stunning ocean view, friendly staff and clean, comfortable accommodations. The hotel features 55 oversized guest rooms with either two queen or one king bed. An executive suite with a separate living room area is also available.

A scenic, waterfront walkway starts at the hotel giving visitors opportunity to take in the ambience of the ocean against the backdrop of the Coastal Mountain range. Eagles, herons and other sea birds are regularly spotted on the shore and in the trees. When the tide is out, take a stroll on the beach and if you have children, a playground is conveniently located beside the hotel.

Overall a decent hotel, not the most updated but still nice. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The windows are single pane, and you can hear the sounds of Port Hardy at night. Internet is fast.

Decent place for your money. The ocean view is great except for the taxi company below! She (taxi company owner) is loud, rude and really made the patio and even having the window open suck. I have stayed a few times now and this is an ongoing problem. I will try the other ocean view hotels here first before coming back.

So far my experience has been great here, nice and clean, the beds are nice and comfy, the recreation area is simple and has coffee. Over all a very pleasing and affordable with a nice ocean view. You also get a play ground out back for the kids.

A quite, friendly hotel overlooking the beautiful Port Hardy harbour. If you have a chance to wake up at sunrise the view is spectacular!!

I made reservation over the phone for $196, the staff got my name spelled wrong in 3 places and send my reservation to wrong email. Had to call 3 times to get the spelling fixed. Still didn't fix the spelling on the credit card information, only fixed my name on the top of the email. Very sloppy job. I also booked shuttle from ferry dock to the hotel, don't know if it will cause any problem.
