Great hotel! Rooms are really nice and the staff are wonderful. They called each room to calmly tell us about the tsunami evacuation warning (which was triggered in the middle of the night!) and kept us updated every half hour until the evacuation order was lifted. Thank you Kwa’lilas Hotel for a nice, safe stay!!

Best place to stay while in Port Hardy. Modern furnishing and nice amenities. The attached restaurant has a very well done Native menu.

Front Desk Sally went above and beyond to meet my odd needs. You need to keep her! On my second visit she was equally charming and kind. Your rooms are impeccable. Great hotel. I will be back for a third trip.

Great service at the pub, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Casual yet clean environment. Newly renovated.

New, clean and fairly priced. Amenities are a 10 minute walk if you are not into the in-house bar or diner. Brand new HDTV screens but for some reason 20 channels of awful blurry, stretched analogue content.
