Clean place, nice shared kitchen/living room/sun room. Wasn't too busy so we only shared it with one other couple. Super friendly staff!

I rode my KLR 650 dual sport to Port Hardy from Salem, Oregon and stayed a night in the hostel there. I was greeted with many happy smiling faces and even with all my endless questions & my gift of gab, each person in turn including every guest I met were all so very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend staying at NorthCoast Trail Backpackers Hostel. Thanks to the staff and to Port Hardy for a great layover

Stayed one night in a private. Nice place to stay. Clean rooms, good kitchen, and friendly staff.

Good lo action, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful owner. I stayed in a section with double beds, it was very clean when I arrived. Comfy bed, spacious room. Close to the beach, grocery store, pub.
