Great staff with the reception ready to help even when you arrive at 1am. The rooms are large and the bathroom and shower are decent. I only overnighted between a ferry and flight but slept well and enjoyed a reasonably priced breakfast.

Dark, dirty, desperately needs an update. Not close to town. Good if you need to fly out of port hardy I'm assuming. Lady on the phone was super nice when i made the reservation, but Sorry front desk guy for bothering your computer game to check in!

Service was amazing. Room was clean. Love the liquor store as well the sushi place was amazing deffinately will return

Room was clean. Continental breakfast was not ready at 6 AM although they had said it would be. Restaurant was good with excellent service.

The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. They were able to help me out with storing some frozen prawns overnight.
