North Coast Cottages

These oceanside cottages are the place to stay in Port Hardy! Ivan and his family's hospitality were above and beyond any other vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Waking up to the sun coming up around the mountain and reflecting on the ocean was the perfect way to start the day :

Even though the cottage was nice and clean except the dishwasher full of dishes from previous renters, we enjoyed the 3 night stay. Problem is that when I got home and realized I forgot something I contacted them right away, 2 days later got an email "sorry been busy" that was it, wrote again explaining it was an important piece that I forgot, been over a week still nothing, no response to 6 texts and 4 emails, nice place poor service and response, would not recommend just on the factor that the owners and their service is part of the experience, may be minute but still is part of. I now have to spend and order another entire unit because of the one piece. Unhappy customer

Booking with Jenny is impossible. Answering her phone is not a priority. I was told she had a place for my travel dates. When I tried calling back after confirming things with my party, she will not pick up.Service: 1/5

Group of 4 of us, lovely place. Late booking was easy, and late arrival caused a bit of an arrival mix up so getting one less star. The cabin we eventually settled in for the night was perfect. We even had ground coffee and cream supplied in the am as we arrived late on the ferry Definitely recommend the place

Love this place for the whole family or large groups. Have the whole cabin to yourself. This is right beside the public marina. Can walk over. Have your own fire put for a camp fire in the evening. Good parking for your boat and truck as well. Have to book way in advance for the hot summer time fishing.

We stayed here with our Hockey Team for a tournament. We were pleasantly surprised, it was warm, beds were nice, very clean, easy access etc. Would very much recommendRooms: 5/5
