I've gone to many gyms over the years and this is the first place where I am seeing results. I've started a little over a month ago and have already loss weight and seen major results in strength and energy. Their knowledge of eating for weight loss and right type of exercise to promote a healthy balance surpasses anything I've been taught in the past. Thank you Barry and Melodie for being so patient and understanding with all my questions. So appreciate you.

No 24/7 access lots of weights, machines and cardio machines.Not many group classes available.No Showers and no smoothy bar.There is better amenities at other gyms for the same or less money.

Best gym in Ottawa hands down. Very knowledgeable , friendly, and helpfully staff are always present and ready to help you with anything. I have been going to this gym for a very long time and do.not plan on switching ever. If you are tired of the big gyms always crowded with 100s of ppl, this might be the small, close, family vibe gym you want!

This is a nice, locally owned and operated gym with dedicated, knowledgeable staff. They treat you very well and their training program offers great results.
