Had an absolute blast pun intended. First time shooting and the staff were incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. Jesse was our range officer and made our experience so enjoyable. He was really good at giving us clear directions and feedback. He was very passionate and super friendly. They had a good selection of weapons from riffles and handguns to shotguns. The prices were also reasonable. Didn’t have to wait for lanes at all. We also had free rein over which weapons we wanted to shoot and how many clips each. Will definitely be coming back.
Had a fantastic experience with Sam, our Range Officer, and the level of service at Phoenix! The facilities are well-maintained and clean and the staff were very attentive to our requests. Sam's wealth of tactical and recreational shooting knowledge was a great complement to his patience and positive attitude. The wide selection of guns does not get boring and the pricing is fair; better than the competition by far. We spent 2hrs there this time but would've been happy with 1 or 4 hours - lots to do and lots to chat about!
Went here on a busy Saturday and the staff was very nice. We shot some 5.56, the .500 S&W and some 9mm. Sam was very helpful and accommodating, taught us how to hold the firearms properly, had very good range safety instructions and even took some pictures for us after we paid. 10/10 would come back again!

This was my first time shooting a gun, and the staff Jared, Jessie, & Roger were really kind and very helpful. They went through gun safety procedures and made sure all of our questions were answered. They also were encouraging which helped us feel more confident. Will be visiting back with the whole friend group!!
