I love going for the soccer champions. Really good event. The only problem I find every year is that they do not promote it enough, in my opinion, I almost missed it this year.nI would love if the info of it taking place was posted in more places.
The facility is good but I need to give a 0 to the concession stand. The lady working there has to be 1 of the rudest people Ive dealt with. My son was playing soccer today and he all of a sudden wasn’t feeling good which then he ended up getting sick in the washroom. My wife then went to the concession to see if they had a bag or even an empty cup incase my son got sick on the way home. The lady laughed at my wife and said yeah if you pay for it!! Give your head a shake we pay good money to play soccer and pay for membership to watch soccer for you to tell my wife and 9 year old son that, you should be ashamed of urself… I know this won’t go anywhere but I’m disgusted by how you treated my wife and son today.
As a parent I hate their admission model with physical cards. If you forget your card your out of luck and the workers don't care, they are heartless and only care about a few extra bucks. Learn how to run a business without pissing off your paying customers.nnUpdate due to the owner response. Maybe, just maybe it's your policies which are encouraging the abuse of your workers. I've seen them allow white mothers to enter when they forget their cards. They can be less considerate with others. So they pick and choose who to show compassion to. It's that unfairness which I find frustrating.
Great sports facility. Concession is pricey but food is good. Fairly clean, depending on when you go. Plenty of seating to watch. Parking can be limited with all athletes and spectators you might have to circle around a few times.
Customer service is literally zero starsnWent to watch and tried to use a family pass and the heros at the front door wouldn’t let me use it…nExplain to me why I should have to be charged twice…what a shame for them to make it such a big deal, especially when I had a pass!!! Smh
