This place is amazing and I cant believe they are closing. There are ramps and obstacles for all ages and skill levels. I have seen three year olds and 60 year olds enjoying this facility. The city of Edmonton and the province should step up and provide a spot for these activities to continue.
Awesome place! We initially tried a summer camp and my son feel in love with the concept. We ended up having his birthday party here. Kids and parent's loved it. The novice kids eventually warmed up & didnt want to leave. Parent's liked how you keep an eye on the kids from the general seating area. All the kids old & young were very polite & welcoming. Staff left us alone and didn't bug us like they tend to do at other party venues which is nice if you like doing your own thing at your own pace. Birthday party was a hit. Parent's & kids were already talking about coming back.
Sent both of my kids 8 & 10 to one of the summer camps and it was a great experience for them as beginners. It seemed a lot of kids were there for the first time too and was great to see so many girls and boys in the camp! They were also sooooo physically exhausted and sore that first night but was good to go the next day.nnMy kids are now ruined by trying to board on the road compared to the smooth cement at the facility!nnThey’re excited to come back for drop ins and keep practicing their skills.
Ethan at House of Wheels provided exceptional service and knowledge. Not only did he get my son’s scooter up and running, but he also sold me a high-quality SCS clamp and installed it. This made my 11-year-old very happy! House of Wheels offers a clean, safe environment for youth to ride year-round. Highly recommend for repairs, replacement parts, and expert advice
The price is decent, the staff are good nI Went here last weekend a couple hours before closing, this is a very large facility with a lot of well built ramps for all levels. I was surprised at the variety of skilled people and how much fun everyone was having. I personally did not try out my skills- but was observing the fun to be had.nI think this was a great place to practice indoors all year round- a great idea for birthday parties as well.nWe will definitely be back to this place!
