The Ice Condos

Ice condos 2 has been working on improving the issues and they’ve made significant headway. It’s the most central location with great restaurants, most sightseeing destinations at your doorstep, and super transit friendly. The views from this condo building cannot be any more spectacular! Highly recommended!

Great cando, best view. But the broadcast is really really annoying. I stayed here in two days. During that, Everyday has a fire alarm after 10pm, and it lasts at least 10 minutes.

I have lived here for more than 2 years, overall the building is very nice, cool amenity and great front desk. I love my unit and the view. The only issue is the elevator, but it's not too unbearable.

Avoid living here at all costs. No one wears masks and management think they are gods. It’s a middle of a pandemic and front desk spends their time without a mask and harassing tenants. Mask policy is not enforced and people sneeze right in the lobby without mask on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It does not worth the price. Elevators always out of service. Materials used in the building have the lowest quality possible, if you want to live in downtown, for your sake choose another place.

Had a really amazing time on my vacation staying here. Awesome view from the 50th floor... fully equipped with a super clean pool, hot tub as well as a gym. Designated car park. Security is really good as well which made me feel safe

Terrible building management. One of the elevator has been disable for more than 3 months, there is therefore only one elevator for the 30 first floors. Sometimes up to 10/15 min to get one and its packed with people; absolutely not Covid-19 social distancing compatible.
