Moved out a while ago, and sorely miss it already. Felt like home. Amazing location. Having laundry on each floor meant not having to go far hauling a big bag. Things always were fixed quickly. It's the only downtown building I know of without a bug problem. If I had one gripe, it's that the corporation that owns it skimped on security for too long, and that resulted in a lot of trespassing and safety issues over time. Other than that, I'll miss everything about that place, and the team there who took care of it.

I am a current resident and I would give College Park Suites 5 stars if the soundproofing wasn't horrific - location, suites, amenities are great otherwise.  When my neighour upstairs walks in a normal manner, it sounds like a horse trotting - imagine having little kids upstairs running around!  It's unbearable!  The management is also very ineffective in conveying my frustration, I am very disappointed in this building and I would implore even my greatest enemy not to move in.

Building is clean, good amenities, management isn't the greatest, but they aren't intrusive or anything like that. Soundproofing is not that bad someone just has overly loud neighbours and is bitter about it. The location is great, right above college station and college park mall, but you're gonna have to pay for it, its pricey, but worth it imo .
