Pho Halong

Excellent food and amazing customer service. Great first time experience. We both had a taste of the Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Pho soup not on photoDefinitely worth going back to.

The Pho Halong and Thai restaurants are actually the same restaurant. We ordered the steak pho, meatball and steak pho, and pawn salad rolls. The salad rolls were served first and tasted okay. Waited about 30 mins for the pho, seems too long. The rice noodle came with very little portion. Definitely need some snack later. The steak was overcooked, rough, and the taste was average.

Finally great Thai place ! Everything is fresh, portions are big enough to satisfy even me and very polite and friendly staff ! Definitely recommend and will come back !

Ordered delivery tonight and it was so good! We had the crispy chicken noodles and veggies and some salad rolls. Will definitely order from here again. We usually order from Little Thai but decided to try this instead.

Best Pho in Victoria! Professional and consistent service every time. Been eating there for years now. Not only that, they understand business and cater to people who don't have Vaccine Passports - delivering the same high quality food and service regardless of your religious or political belief.

I ordered from Pho Halong for the first time tonight. I was impressed my their spring rolls to start. Hot and crunchy with a hefty filling. And the salad rolls were good too..... But that's where it ended. Pretty much the worst bowl of Beef Pho I've had to date. Flavorless broth, over cooked noodles that wouldn't even break apart in the broth. Wilted old bean sprouts and leathery meat that was soooo over done. Not good.

First time there. The service was up to par. The the dishes I ordered were expensive but again with COVID prices may have increased due to it. The vermicelli dishes I ordered were below par. The chicken was too salty. I paid extra $3 to to add pork to a second order,, to my surprise there it had less chicken than the other order The pork was well seasoned. The Vegetables were fresh and crunchy. As for the sprouts and the vermicelli, they were cooked, cold, tasteless and looked that sat there for a while. I would not recommend them. I may give The pork option another try.

Amazing food! Being a vegetarian it’s hard to find good Vietnamese food. Pho Halong has just 2-3 vegetarian dishes but they are delicious! Their lemongrass tofu and crispy noodles with veggies is so delicious and filling. The dishes were filled with flavours and one of the best Vietnamese food in town

Yummy, fresh ingredients, fast, affordable, great friendly service! Pho broth was a touch too salty for my liking but that's the only thing I would change.
