I took my dog to be groomed here for the first time. We had the worst experience not only for my poor dog but myself with the extra added stress. We were told by one of the groomers that he was not a fit for the place as he had on his own chocked him self out on the teather and than turned blue and threw up. We were than told he had a lung infection because of this. I had him checked and he has a clean bill of health. When confronted with this they kept denying any of this was even said and any of it had even happened. I would give this place zero stars when it comes to the grooming salon. They have zero respect for living breathing things that are unable to defend themselves. If you do not like your job find a new profession. I was than told that they had no grooming manager and that I could keep calling to find when the store manager was available. I told them or you could get me a time he will be in. Very rude and unacceptable it should be a relaxing experience for both my dog and I not one of undo stress.

I go to this location because it’s close to our house. We recently had our Hershey pass away (at 14) and I had just decided to get a puppy (4 months old) for my husband. We went to the location and within 5 mins one lady offered us training services and we said no. Then not even 10 seconds later another lady came by to talk our ears off about training. So after at least 5 minutes of listening and my husband getting our 4 month old pup to sit and stay he finally (respectfully) informed her that we would not be getting training from petsmart. The imitate response from the lady was “WELL WHEN YOUR DOG BITES SOMEONE IN 4 YEARS” excuse me????? And then when we went to walk away and she asks if she can pet our dog... so we let her but I can’t believe how amazingly RUDE AND DISRESPECT to her customers. And only because we didn’t want to buy training from petsmart?!?! Really?!

Was at this PetSmart location earlier tonight normally I go to the Calgary tail one but I just moved to the area, I was in to buy my usual bag of food I always buy but they were out of the largest bag I get and all the other size bags only the smallest bags were left, that normally is no problem at the other PetSmart I go to I just take the bag up the the cashier and they give me dollar cost pre pound and I’m on my way but tonight that not the case, the very rude cashier said I had to grab another small bag of food to equal out the for the medium size bag, only the two small bags wouldn’t even equal the medium bag and that would only be ripping me off, the cashier continued to argue with me as I was just trying to explain what has happened to me in the past at the other PetSmart when this happens. I will never go back to this location i will drive the extra 10 minuets to get good service.

Store is clean, organized and huge. It offers a bunch of services. I only shop for canned cat food and prices are just ok. No handicap parking but do have automated doors. Isles are wide, staff are friendly and polite. They do have a pick up service. Just make sure you are picking up at this store and not some other Petsmart location. You pick what you need, put in a credit card, they will let you know when it's ready, then go into the store to cashier to pick it up. Need to show id. I don't like their service as I had to stand in line awhile and could have just went and got my items myself. I will only get my canned cat food by myself. Tried this service twice and it's not for me.

i go here alot because i live close and the service always and has been trash, i refuse to go here now i have not had a day where they had good service. employees are lazy
