Great puppy grooming experience for our little girl. Hope to be bringing her back soon.nnStaff were kind and explained what will be done for a puppy. When I asked how everything went, they were happy to explain how puppy reacted.nnThey also have me tips on how to keep her used to being groomed.
I brought our small dog in for a bath and brush service…..groomer was kind enough to add the hair trim around eyes for an additional cost upon request and they did a decent job at clearing hair around his eyes but unfortunately the bath and brush service was done poorly. His paws were still dirty and he had 1 small mat on his ear which was not touched at all and was same before and after the service. They took 3 hours for the bath and brush+hair trim around eyes- i was given an estimate of 4 hours. Sanitary trim was not done properly. His nails were very scratchy after the trim. Our dog had an accident right before we picked him up while he was still with the groomer….he had pee all over his face and paws when we got there to pick him up. Extremely poor quality of service for the money we paid. I wish they are not so overbooked so they can provide proper services that the customers pay for. It was my first time at this location hoping I will get the same experience as the other location I go to but unfortunately that was not the case.
Customer service is always excellent whenever i go here. Employees are always very helpful whenever i have questions and they are knowledgeable about the products within the store. I appreciate their concern to their customers. Aisles are organized and stocks are somewhat plentiful. Good selections of cat/dog products. My shopping experience at this location is top notch, im in and out of the store within 10mins. Being near other shopping locations at south park is also a plus. Online pickups are also very convenient.
When we bought the fish it was isolated and barley swam. Exactly after 14 days, yesterday evening it started swimming upside down and on its side, we knew it was dying but we couldn't go to the store because it was closed. Today morning we found the fish dead, we went back to the store with the fish in a zip lock bag with us, and we had a video recording of what happened yesterday. Unfortunately the agent who was at the tell was not co-operative and had an awful attitude towards us and refused to replace it for us. Though this location was my favorite but definitely not going back to this location anymore.
We have been going to this location for many years with various dogs. We are satisfied with the cuts they receive but as of late the last about 9 minths their bookings have been very unreliable; we booked on line for a 9am appointment and received confirmation, the salon never opened until 10 so after waiting for an hour told sorry you should have checked hours. #2 booked appointment first thing after opening double checked time this time finally got in 15 minutes late after waiting outside with a very large barking dog then told after appointment she was uneasy at groom #3 book appointment 3 weeks out agian first thing, phoned day before told to come in an hour earlier because they were overbooked, groomers again showed up 15 minutes late to the store not just appointments but actually to the facility.
