every time I come here, I leave happy and satisfied. the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful and eager to ensure a pleasant visit. seeing some of the bad reviews, it's safe to say that many of them are either 1) immature and clearly do not know how to behave in an avian environment or 2) too entitled to their role as a "customer." ignore these reviewers. this place is wonderful and sure to please you-- I still buy all of my birds' food and toys from here, and am proud to continue supporting and shopping at this location. :)

Paul babysat our conure while we were on vacation. Our bird is part of our family and I was very nervous to leave him there. But when I returned our bird was Happy, and well cared for. We actually stayed in the store and talked to Paul for quite awhile about getting a new parrot next year. He was really helpful. He even took out a few of his big parrots to show my kids how they talk. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We just found this place while driving by. What an awesome store and the owner is very knowledgable! I have an African Grey and he was knowledgeable about food, toys and pleasant to speak to!

I am planning on buying a my first bird. I stopped by the store this morning and I have to say, I left knowing I had found the right place to buy my future pet. Paul and his assistant were wonderfully patient with my very amateur questions and assumptions. I did not feel like I was bothering them or was too stupid to own a bird. :) I came away feeling much more confident and knowledgable. I am looking forward to a long future of doing business with the store. Thank you for treating this complete newbie with respect. :) Good customer service is rare. This is the place to get it.
