We visited Homes Alive Pets for the first time last week, I had been hearing from a friend that this is Edmonton's place to go for great pet supplies - and I was not disappointed. The store is absolutely massive, very clean, and had a huge selection to choose from. We visited the south Edmonton location specifically, however we will probably be regulars at the sherwood park location which should be opening soon!

Good selection of pet items with adequate inventory. Prices are reasonable, and the 10% discount on the first Tuesday of every month is very helpful. Parking can be limited especially during peak times, but they have allocated nearby lots for overflow parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are available throughout the store if you need assistance, and they take the time to greet you and your pet. I have been a regular customer for several years and will keep returning to purchase all of my pet products.

I get all of my pet food here for my dogs and my rescue pups, and I absolutely love Homes Alive Pets.nnThe staff are so sweet and helpful they always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I’m choosing the right food, especially for rescues with different needs.nnOne thing I really appreciate is that if your dog won’t eat the food, they’ll let you return it and exchange it for another kind. That makes such a difference when you’re trying to find what works best for your dog.nnHighly recommend for anyone with pets, especially rescues

We didn’t catch her name but the female employee, medium height, brown hair around 25 years old - huge shoutout to her for helping my girlfriend who had gotten the end of her finger crushed in the car door as we got out of the car in the parking lot. She gave her a juice box and bandaids and sat with us until she got up, she was also very calm about everything happening which helped a lot while my girlfriend was in that amount of pain. We really appreciate the generosity and help that was shown towards us.
