Today, I visited my second PetSmart store in Ottawa while searching for a cat. Just like the previous location in Nepean, this one left a great impression. It’s clean, cozy, has a pleasant atmosphere, and smells nice. There are plenty of interesting products and shows that make the visit enjoyable.nnThis store is a bit different from the previous one—I noticed that many people bring their dogs here for training. That’s really cool! I didn’t take any photos since I’m not sure if it’s allowed to film other people’s pets, but the fact that there were so many animals created a special atmosphere. I really liked this PetSmart—a great place to find something tasty and useful for your pet!
Very helpful staff members. We were looking for fish accessories for our new fish aquarium. We purchased the colourful rocks you see in the video. “9 and some change for the first pack, 20% off on your second pack.
Always had great customer service here. Even in tough stressful situations the staff remain cool and collected. Thank you for helping us with our pet needs! Lovely to see all the customer doggos here when we shop as well

The Pet Hotel have amazing staff!! My dog is always excited to go! The Dog Wash staff are great, too!! The front is always littered with skids in the way including a ladder and we have to go around. The Store Manager interrupted the cashier serving me about a change in the adoption process and I thought that was very rude! I said so but was ignored. Then I got a printed receipt instead of email.
