Although a smaller store, they carry all of the essentials. The staff are really welcoming and knowledgeable. My dog Bella just loves to visit.

Horrible service don't buy from here. The employees lie to you to sell items. The manager Lisa does not take accountability and responsibility for her employees mistakes. I spent $100 on an item that the employee told me was 100% refundable in 2 weeks. I brought it back 2 days later because it DID NOT WORK and was told it's not refundable or exchangeable. I spoke with the manager and she didn't work with me at all, completely didn't care about screwing her customers over. All she cares about is making a sale. The employees don't know anything don't trust them EXCEPT for the tall guy who works there, he seems to know his stuff.

Reps are helpful but mistakenly told me I could return an item after it was opened. Unfortunately I didn't find out until I went to return it. Another case where corporate saves themselves 70 bucks but loses a lifetime of future revenues. Petsmart here I come!

They don't have much variety. Only carry ginormous litter sizes, which I can't carry as a pedestrian back to my apartment. Kind of silly to only have ginormous boxes of litter...
