Purchased cat toy. When brought toy home it would not operate. Returned to store did not have reciept same sales lady (owner I believe) offered to replace it. No problem only one left in store, opened it, also would not operate. Refused to give me my money back as I did not have reciept.

I love this store it's close to my house.The employees are great and very helpful. My pet max a cane Corso loves your store and so do I .

They treat the rats terribly, they how one male alone in a cage with red discharge which isn't blood but a liquid that often comes out when the are stressed and sick, its a pet store they should know how to properly take care of rats. its recommended to have two rats so when you can't give them attention their pair can, at this pets store not only does he not have a pair he's never held. the poor guy is neglected. Me having 4 little rat babies myself both pairs in separate 3 tier cages, is absolutely disgusted at how this adorable rat is kept alone in a one tier cage.
