Pamela I'm so sorry you were unhappy with your groom. I did explain it was going to be a work in progress as Remi had large chunks of coat missing from a previous experience at another salon. Hes a very cute active puppy and his nails werent trimmed short as we like to make it a positive experience! Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

Kim is amazing and is so knowledgeable. She is fantastic with our Doodle dog. He always comes out looking and smelling great. Kim takes her time and she really knows her stuff. She not only offers her expertise is grooming but also with other pet issues. Best in town!

Would not recommend the Bark & Fitz for grooming. They "forgot" to trim 90% of her nails. Only one or two were actually trimmed and not properly, had to take my dog to another groomer to get nails trimmed properly and coat recut as it looked awful.
