Took our little matted guy in today for a groom after the winter and having his neuter, etc....met the new groomer Ashley, and when I came back to pick him up, I was SO pleased with the grooming job she had done!! Absolutely the BEST cut he's ever had!! Thank you very much!!

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD! Two employees took it upon their selfs to make up a huge story about me stating I was in the store with a male dog that had been reported stolen .. Which ended up being put on the police website. When in fact I was in the store with MY female dog as a paying customer. They made me out to be a thief! Terrible things were said about me. Not to mention they gave the missing dog owner faluse hope only to be left heart broken and put back to square one for their missing dog. Even though this used to be my local go to pet store .. I will make the drive across town just so I never get caught up in lies. You all should be shamed of yourself!

All things for pets. From raw foods, organics and giant bags of food. Toys, Leashes, pet beds. Friendly staff and give knowledgeable advice

Thanks to staff at pet valu for the great help on selecting the right food for my sister's dog and his allergies. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain different products and gave great advise to help the little guy. Thanks again

I was happy to pick up my dog food now I find all employees are fake and two face manager of the store trains them well Don't call head office as even then the story changed of a complaint This hello from one end of store give it up or even walking in U paid to be fake Well I will go some were else to get my dog food The manager is so dam ignorant to train there staff to snap there fingers on certain costumers coming in you think I'm dum Omg your so obvious no names you know exactly who you are working icioisn this barrie store wow can you go home and feel at ease when your being trained to be ignorant and rude
