Friendly staff. Always a variety of tropical and salt water fish. Staff is knowledgeable about the hobby. Tropical fish are generally healthy if taken care of and added to the aquarium properly. I have had no DOA so far. Always in a tank 30-45 min from leaving the store.

If you're looking for aquariums, aquarium supplies, exotic fish, etc., then this is the place for you. Each time I visit, there's always plenty of knowledgeable staff members, and they won't bother you unless you ask for help, which I love. The store is also very clean and organized. Pride of ownership shows.

Sold us very sick fish. Its been a week and 2/6 are dying.. a Very rude when I called in for advice and when I said we had already did that he got even more snippy. This is the owner?? Very poor way to handle concerned customers. When we were in store this guy literally rolled his eyes at us... the London location is hands down better. Wont be back... other than to return their sick fish. petsmart shows more concern for their fish.. get a better manager or atleast someone that cares!

What a great place. We popped in to check out the place. It's got some creatures I didn't even know existed, super cool! Our 11 month old was in awe!

Prices are competitive and on level with standard fish keeping stores, however they have everything you could possibly need. Plans and animals from here have always been healthy with no issues so far.

Clean store, large selection, helpful staff. I've attached my aquarium build to this review. Bought everything from the store except the 10 gallon tank. I would have given them 5 stars but their prices are bit higher than the online stores, specifically Amazon. I wanted to support local however so I bought with them. I would recommend this store for your aquarium needs.

Generally knowledgeable about fish BUT DO NOT PURCHASE REPTILES FROM THEM. They are very uninformed about care for them. We watched a red earred turtle eat multiple pieces of gravol off the bottom of his enclosure, and choke on one and spit it out. Informed staff about the incident so they could help the turtles and were rudely mocked that they "don't do that" and "they know better than us" One employee even laughed and walked away after snapping at us. Will never ask for advice or purchase reptile stuff there again.

Our go-to place for our fish and turtle supplies. Staff are very nice and professional!
