The employees are knowledgeable and enjoy what they're doing. It's a higher end pet store, but the layout and quality of goods matches this. They have a cat up your adoption in a large cage in the middle of the store who uses items you can find around the store (and they don't mind if you come in just to wiggle your fingers at it)!

Pet value is our go to pet store! They have almost everything our dog needs at decent prices, provide great customer service, and is located close to our house. They even have a dog washing station with everything you need (including towels) which is super convenient for dog owners who can't (or won't) was their dogs at home. I highly recommend checking this place out over PetSmart.

My husband and I were very excited for this location to open as it's conveniently located in our neighborhood and we just rescued our puppy a few weeks ago. The manager promptly greeted us and made us feel welcome as we walked in. She was extremely helpful, polite and kind. She educated us on a ton of the products they carried. She was kind enough to help us with bathing our wiggley and nervous puppy for FREE (current promo). The bathing station is brand new, comfortable and easy to use. Pet Valu provides towels, shampoo, conditioner, treats and a blow dryer. Our puppy's fur has been soft and shiney since. The manager also fitted our puppy for a harness which is SUPER easy to slip on from our puppy's paws and clips easily in the back. The manager provided us with samples from their own food line which only includes ingredients we are familiar with and our puppy loooves. We will mostly definitely return. Thank you so much for opening near our home.

Great selection of pet supplies, and the prices were decent. This location has a self serve dog wash, which includes all the soap, towels, etc.
