Staff are a bit overly friendly at times, with trying to help you out. Great place to take your did for a bath! A bit on the pricier side, but the do have a great selection.

They had what I wanted but wish they had more in the line of fish products. Also wished they carried fish. Because I have to go to Calgary to buy fish.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are very patient and helpful.I do recommend this store for your pets and products. There Is a pet-bath section where you can bathe your dog,should you want to.

Super helpful and friendly staff, great dog toy selection and the pet wash is really handy.

Amazing pet store! The customer service is absolutely amazing, did not expect to have that great of an experience with the employees. They also have a selection of treats, food, and bedding for small animals which is what we've needed around here for a while since the only other place to get items for small animals is calgary. They also have a place to wash your dog, $10 everything included (shampoo/conditioner, towels, blow dryer) and they clean up after you! The prices are what you'd see in calgary, some things even a little cheaper so was happy to see that everything was not over priced. Will definitely continue to go here.
