Super friendly staff; and the dog wash station at the back is a godsend. If you have a fury baby, you'd be crazy to bath them at home with the convenience Pet Valu offers (raised wash tubs, soups, treats, towels). Basically you show up with your dirty puppy and leave with him clean. Everything else is handled.

We brought our best friend over for a bath 🛀. The ladies gave us two towels but as our dogs fur holds water and the dryer power was quite low we needed a third. I asked one of the male workers and he told me I would have to go tot he fri t and ask one of the girls there for it. REALLY!   Did you want me to bring g my wet dog with me or leave him by himself?  

As far as our previous experiences with Pet Value have been so much better, was disappointed 😔

Friendly staff. They also hold adoption events and have a great selection of cookies for dogs (including squirrel-shaped ones!) as well as the joint treats my older cat needs.
