Penn Cycle : Minneapolis

DO NOT SHOP HERE. ALT Bicycle is much better. These people used to be awesome, was a long time customer mainly because of the mechanics. But I went in yesterday and the guy said "We are trying not to cater to 'Commuter Bicyclist', we want to deal more with Richer people". I am NOT going here ever again.

Great folks here. Went in for a helmet, they threw the bike on a stand, tweaked a few things and set it up for me. Guy wouldn't take a tip so cheers and here's the review I promised. Thanks again, my business is yours!

Bought a Trek Fuel 8 here, the manager charged me $35 for the air pump to adjust the Fox suspension that is supposed to come with the bike. Nice move.

AMAZING customer service. Husband's bike had broken down by Lake Calhoun so we brought it in and they had it fixed within 20 minutes. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will be returning!!

I was recently looking for a new bike and Penn Cycle was very helpful in my search. The transferred bikes from numerous locations for me to try which was really helpful. I ended up buying my bike at another location because they had the size of bike I needed (a really small adult female frame) but I highly recommend Penn Cycles for the customer service.
