My wife bought a bike there in 2016 we spent close to 1k there. Good service and was satisfied. Went there today looking for a new one for myself. I ask the employee behind the counter if I can use the restroom. He says no sorry we don't have one. Funny used it before. Anyway you won't be getting any of more of my business..

Wife's bicycle wouldn't shift. Dropped it off, said come back in 30 min. I did, it was fixed! Replaced a rusted cable, and it was only $25!!! Awesome! Shifts like new.

I'm sorry to see that a couple people who've reviewed this shop weren't satisfied, because I've never had anything but fast and friendly service here from knowledgeable people who are always willing to take time to listen.

Great customer service, assisted me right away. Diagnosis was spot on and repair made quickly. Even took the time to explain the issue and answer questions. I was completely satisfied and rode out the door in no time!
