Amazing customer service. Bought a diamond back online and had the assembly done at the store and the price was more than reasonable, so reasonable I almost felt bad. Owner spent 30 minutes telling me general information about the bicycle since I'm a total newbie, and even helped me take off the front wheel with the quick release and taught me how to do so and helped fit it in my car! Who does that these days? Now that's real service. but that is definitely one heck of a way to make a loyal customer! I will definitely be back for any bike related gear/services. Curt is genuinely interested in making sure you're happy with their services and isn't the greedy type looking to overcharge just to push services. I'm glad I went based off reviews and chose his store even though it was out of my way. Thank you Curt and Bike Fix Inc!

The prices for this place seem reasonable but I will say the customer service was very poor. I was there recently because my bike tire would not fill up with air so I brought it in and the man who helped me seemed like he was annoyed that I was even in there and I barely said anything. It was as if I just brought my bike in for the heck of it without trying to fill it with air first. It turned out that I needed a new inner tube which I already knew since I had the same tire from 2011. I was not sure if the mechanic had a dark sense of humor or if he was just being sarcastic and mean. Either way, he was very short with his communication and not friendly at all. I understand that it was somewhat busy but that is no excuse to not be nice. A friend mentioned that the owner was the bald gentleman who seemed nice for the most part but his partner did not have a good vibe. As a person who has their own business, for me, money is money and if someone wants to spend money utilizing my services then I will welcome them with open arms. That's just me. If he didn't want to service me he could have said so and I would have taken my money else where.

I've been in here a few times over the years. Always nice people to talk to about bicycles. Recently need to replace the bottom bracket and I prefer to do my own work, but didn't have the tool for the newer bottom bracket as mine was over 30 years old. Bought the bottom bracket from them and they said "put it together and bring it in and we'll drive it home". I did just that and they were happy to help me out. I brought my rear wheel it in Saturday morning for a bearing. Asked if I cared if it was the Phil Wood bearing or a comparable one for seven bucks. Had the wheel back by noon. Honest guys who are nice people on top of being very knowledgeable about bikes.
