Very unique place... you can really call it a Boutique. Any one planning to purchase the bike or accessories must visit the Cycle Batik. Great products and outstanding services. Thomas has been absolutely amazing and his team as well. Definitely recommend Cycle Batik.

This store should have a 5 star rating. It's a real shame when people like Abigail blame their ignorance and neglect on hard working and friendly shop employees. I've stopped in here twice, once to pick up a helmet, and once for inner tubes. Nothing but quick, friendly, and helpful service. Will always be back here, love the genuine garage/shop feel, with your bikes being worked on right in front of you. Any negative reviews here I would just attribute to ignorant cyclists, cycle butik is awesome.

I have been going to Cycle Butik since their original store in the small plaza on Lakeshore. Thomas and his staff took care of my first bike that I had for 25 years. I loved that red Norco mountain bike. It carried me well through everywhere from cycling the Don River to rides in Niagara. However I needed something higher, lighter and still strong enough to hold me. I was intimidated by the larger bikes stores. I needed a store where service was even more important than the sale of the bike. A few years ago I purchased a turquoise Raleigh bike suitable for both trails and the road. It has served me well on my weight loss journey of 70 pounds. I make sure that I keep up with the service repairs just as you would your car. Thank you to you and your staff for helping to keep my bike safe.

Without a doubt. One of the few honest vendors that actually cares about the product and people that they service. After 7 years they still remember me! Gotta love that.
