Erik's - Bike Board Ski

I bought my first cross bike from this location and the entire experience was excellent!! Amazing customer service and the staff – particularly, Morgan, was very knowledgeable. I’m new to the sport and had a ton of questions. I must have spent 6 hours over 3 days with Morgan and she was very patient and informative. She worked with me to find the perfect bike, made sure I was totally comfortable with it and I didn’t feel at all pressured to move forward with the sale. Even when I thought I decided on a bike, she said, “I think that one would be a bit heavy” and recommended a lighter – and less expensive one as an alternative (which happened to be the one that I bought)! I will continue to shop with them and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Stopped in a few shops to look at some bikes and was so impressed by the customer service I came back and bought one. The staff was very helpful and nice. I felt good about buying a bike and out of all the shops I stopped in this shop had the best selection and like I said the customer service is what did it for me. My partner needs a new bike also so we will be back again. Thank you!!!

I've used the service dept at this Erik's location twice. Both times have been excellent experiences. The service staff, especially Service Manager Matt, have been extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - not condescending. In both cases, they finished the work early - the last time by 2 days! Also, in both cases, the service staff went out of their way to keep costs to a minimum.
