Ordinary milk tea in this day and age, would be a good choice if opened 2 years earlier. The taste is not to my like while some of friends says it’s their favorite milk tea in bby, so maybe take a shot and judge yourself. The staff is very polite and helpful, oh also friendly. I rate is 3 star just because the flavor is not to my own taste, however I can tell they do use genuine ingredients.

Tried out Peachy Peachy before their grand opening. Staff are very friendly and will offer recommendations when asked. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 desserts. The drinks were average. The Yuzu cheesecake was good, with a strong citrus flavor. The best thing we had was the oreo milk pudding.Food: 3/5

I tried the Osmanthus Milk Tea w/ Fermented Rice here. The staff member that helped me really clearly explained the things I had questions about and made sure to check my sugar and ice levels. I had my drink at the minimum 30% sweetness but my first impression of it was still that it was way sweet - I can't imagine how sweet 100% would be! Once I got past the sweetness, it was clearly a high quality drink and rice, but for me, who isn't used to super sweet drinks, all the sugar kind of covered that up. I think the base price looks a little expensive but, to be fair, the topping is included so it actually comes out to be the same price or less than similar drinks from other high-end bubble tea shops. The shop itself is small and mostly designed for takeout, although there are two small tables with stools. What they have done with the small space is nice, though! I especially like the stylized mural of Kingsway.

When I walked in the room was so humid that the flowers they received for being a new business were droopy. Pretty sure droopy, dead flowers is a sign that the business won't survive. Peach oolong jelly milk tea: I choose this fruity drink expecting it to be refreshing. The drink in the poster looked orange, but when I received it, it was brown and tasted like a watered down milk tea with 0 peach flavour. I also forgot to ask for 30% sugar like I normally do, because the man never asked for my sugar and ice levels. After I received my drink, the man disappeared behind the curtain again. I asked a question but he didn't reply. The only nice thing about this shop is the pretty wall mural.

This is the old Yi-Fang location on Kingsway. Drinks taste great and the flavors are good! The only downside was that drinks tend to be very sweet.

First and foremost, pricing is standard! Wide variety of creative flavors available. They're slightly sweeter for my taste, so I go for 30% sugar.Food: 5/5

Taro Slush for $4.99 is the best price I have seen. I haven't ordered taro in a long time because other places have upped the price for it even though it is just powdered flavor. I tried it with their taro pudding but I think I prefer egg pudding in taro slush. The taro pudding flavor just blends in with the taro slush haha. They don't skimp on the taro powder too so it's rich in taro flavor. Very very good. Will come here often!

This place is located by Boundary and Kingsway, and is between Joyce and Patterson SkyTrain stations, or on the #19 bus route. I just ordered my drinks and haven't actually tried them yet but I'm highly anticipating the coffee lattes. Stay tuned for an update! Update: ok, I've tried this and it's good!! Would come back and try others!

Enjoyed the mulberry champagne grape with salted cream 70% sugar. Very refreshing and not overly sweet.

Tried it because the menu was kinda unique. Had peppermint coffee, it taste both bitter yet sweet like a toothpaste, and made me unable to sleep until 3 in the morning. Overall it does not taste good and is still very sweet even at 50% sugar.
