Ordered three different drinks: brown sugar pearl milk with cheese foam, Oolong milk tea with pearls, and passion fruit green tea with pearls. Total came out to be $23 and it was totally not worth it. The pearls were not great, the tea itself had very little scent, and the staff didn’t even care to use a shake cup, talk about lazy. Won’t ever come here again and won’t bother trying other Truedan places either. The quality of their tea is simply not worth the 7 dollar price and there are many other places that offer better brown sugar pearls.

Drive-by Kingsway and grabbed a cup of tea in JenJuDan today. Added some ice in there but still, tastes pretty good! Gonna try out their signature brown sugar next time!

This franchisee is not trustworthy or honest to their customers. I believe the owner of this franchisee has changed. I have been bringing my own cup for their drinks and they now said they do not allows customers to bring their own cups so that they can charge the $0.25 cup fees for each drink. I rather they increase the price than use this tactics which brings harm to the environment for their own profit. Long waiting time after I have ordered the drinks too. The staff attitude is unhelpful as well, makes me feel they do not want to work at all. I am not going this store anymore, very disappointed in their business operation strategy.

We called store to place order for pick up, but the staff said they don't accept any pre-order. I have to place the order in store. Besides, truedan's milktea usually is so good. But it's not the same in this location. It tastes like water. If you want to drink really good Boba tea, maybe choose another truedan.

Went in yesterday. I was denied service due to the fact the guy behind the counter saying he has too MANY online orders. SOOO looking forward to try the Thai Tea Smoothie. Disappointed to say the least. Can't REALLY command the drink.

Great service, friendly staff. Area is abit small however their drinks are super flavorful. Pearls are cooked to perfection. The price is pretty standard. Soft opening at the time I went but I would definitely go back!

Tried this last night, nice little bubble tea shop. Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. They made my order very fast and price seems reasonable. I tried the Thai Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and it was great. The pearls are better than most other places. I look forward to trying other drinks here.

Haven't been able to visit their store physically, but using food delivery service I was able to finally try their drink. I ordered the Thai Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and it was so bomb!!! The pearls tasted so delicious and chewy, I haven't have good quality of bbt for a while now. I picked 30% sugar level and it was absolutely perfect!
