Boketto Tea Bar

Wow, what a beautiful cafe to hang out in in the River District! The owner is super sweet and helpful with drink recommendations and also local events recommendations. She is very community-focussed, which is a great trait for a neighbourhood cafe. The bright, spacious seating area is very accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. High ceilings, real plants, natural lighting, and delicious drinks! They easily accept reusable cups. Today I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with pearls. It was delicious, with strawberry chunks. They had a combo to add a bubble waffle for $3.50, so I had to go for it! Overall a nice treat and it didn't seem too busy, as most people came in and out quickly. I can see this being an awesome quiet space to study or catch up with a friend.

$10 sundae is empty in the middle. Taste is soso nothing special. Matcha taste is not strong enough. White mochi is not chewy either. My trial cost 10cad and I regret to come in here.Food: 1/5

Excellent ! Most excellent. The tea has a very deep jasmine taste and flavor while accenting whatever fruit you choose in our case the grape. The matcha sundae is probably the best I’ve had in Vancouver. It’s very similar to the Japanese soft serve in ujji. Kudos boketto ! You guys are killing it. Only suggestion would be to have a few more tables and chairs but i get it. Your interior isn’t that huge so it makes sense.

An amazing location with delicious drinks! The pineapple black tea with aiyu jelly was incredibly refreshing. Combined with fresh pineapple and aiyu jelly really elevated the black tea. The jasmine milk tea with tea jelly is perfect for tea lovers. Pleasantly rich jasmine taste when combined with the tea jelly provided a floral delight with every sip. Milk alternatives available! The matcha soft serve was silky smooth with potent matcha flavour. A must try for sure! The mango pomelo sago slush was smooth and creamy. Intense mango flavour with perfectly cooked sago. Cannot wait to try everything else on the menu!

Finally... A bbt place in River District! Nice airy interior with high ceilings. So far, only tried some of their bbt, but waiting for the weather to heat up a bit before trying their ice cream. Their Mango Lychee tea was refreshingly good. Their Mango Pomelo Sago is also good but it's more similar to the dessert creamier than the slushie version at Yi Fang.

Boketto is a hip new bubble store with amazing unique and yummy fare. Their ingredients are fresh and made in-house. Their Strawberry Yakult and Soft Serve ice cream with strawberry puree menu items are particularly scrumptious. Have been back a couple of times already! And keen to be back to try rest of menu.

My second time at this store, love the vibe here! Watermelon Yakut and sesame waffles are my favourite. Will come back to try more drinks!

My husband and I finally got the chance to swing by this new BBT spot during their Tues-Thurs 3-6pm Happy Hour 25% offand it did not disappoint! We got the Strawberry Yakult and Matcha Strawberry Sundae which was delicious! A little pricey as mentioned below but it tastes great and is in a very convenient location. The lady at the front was very patient, kind and helpful! Thanks Boketto, will come again to get my bbt fix soon! PS: Very aesthetically pleasing

I picked up my bubble tea order on April 4, 2023 afternoon and had really great customer service! The specialty drinks were tasty and the staff had packaged it well for me to take to go. Nice ambience to the cafe but parking can be tricky due to construction in the surroundings.

Amazing quality bubble tea. I got a milk tea and matcha latte both with oatmilk, pearls and no sugar added. I discovered this place because their Matcha is supplied by Whisk, and wooooewww can you ever taste the quality of their matcha. All my high expectations were surpasses. Since mine were unsweetened, I could really taste the quality of the tea. The oatmilk was not sweetened and it didn't have any strong taste. It was light and silky. Very delicious. I HIGHLY recommend Boketto, I'll definitely order again. If you don't like the chemical-y powder-y bubble tea from chain stores, you will find this one to be way better. It was a whole experience. Thank you Boketto! And thanks for offering a vegan milk for your vegan customers otherwise I would have never ordered Dietary restrictions: Oat milk offered for a cost
