Great experience with customer service. Very helpful. The parking line is a little hard to figure out. The different entrances appear to be adequately marked.

One of the best hardware stores around. The staff is always happy to help. I've been there so much they know me by name... not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. Either way great people!

Small warehouse but big help. We got our order done very quickly. Malcom was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and also gave us additional and unsolicited advice.

This place is like a hidden gem , till now I enjoy going here and for a little smaller store then the rest they always have what I need

Not a very well stocked or organized store.i asked a question and the old lady behind the counter was less than helpful. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you are stuck.

I'm in there often and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Way better than Kent

I like Payzants, certainly have lots product , friendly helpfull staff , compare to others hardware stores , I have to rate them pretty high, for now .

Friendly staff and they helped me to find something for a project i was doing even did a google search to see if there was anything else.  Great place

They didnt have any of the lawn chairs that were advertised on the first day of the sale!
