Payless ShoeSource

I went to this location on Oct 12th, 2017. I usually to go Winners or The Bay etc but I thought Id check out what they had. I found a pair of cute high tops fro $30, at least that's what the box said. I was very excited because they were on sale. I got the front and the lady wearing a hijab was nice at first, she rung in the shoes and they actually came up up to $55. After I said, that's not the price advertised, she rudely ripped off the price tag and said, "that's the wrong price"...um, how do you know I still didn't them etc...I was appalled by her rudeness so I left. As I was walking home feeling very offended, I decided to file a formal complaint so I called and let the head office know They were very nice, gave me the discount and reference and they apologized for her rudeness. I went back today to get them. (Oct16th, 2017) and she was there, all went well, she called and checked to make sure of my discount, np....it wasn't until she was putting the shoes in the bag then she has the nerve to say...this is the only time we're doing this for you, Ill give you this one exception, again Apalled!! I said, then, have the shoes in the right box. she retorts, they were.....SO, HOW are We in this Situation??? I will Never go to this location IF I ever spend my money in Pay Less....it was WAY more headache than it was worth. Thank, Hijab wearing lady...(ill be getting her name and adding it).

They had a good range of different styles and variety of shoes for men, women and children. The shoes are reasonably priced. I was shocked to find out last year that they sold dance shoes and they were inexpensive compared to other places and were good quality.

Worst customer service ever. We were buying 4 pears of shoes for the family. A gentleman walk ups to us grab all boxes and said put those back where you find them. I'm not cleaning after you. I told him we are buying all of these. His answer I don't care about that. Please this is very confusing for me to put them back in right place. He was being very aggressive in front of other customers. My sister tells him sir could you please not raise your voice. We will put everything back for you if we are not buying. But we are going to take all of these what you see on the floor and we are not making any mess. So please leave us alone. He throws boxes on the floor and says OK I don't care. Then we put all the shoes back and left. This is the date and time when this happend if Payless really care they can go and check how there representative treated us. It happened on Saturday April 1st between 2 and 2:20pm.
